Maintenance Technicians

Key Responsibilities :
- Perform preventive, predictive, and routine maintenance tasks on a variety of equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities and ensure adherence to safety standards, including Lockout / Tagout (LOTO) and Work Permits.
- Monitor production equipment for potential failures and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to other team members, taking on leadership responsibilities when required.
- Participate in housekeeping activities to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and government regulations, including OSHA and HACCP.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing PLC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Familiarity with using various tools and systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel), CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems), and SAP for documentation and reporting.
- Welding experience (MIG, TIG) is preferred but not required.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to safety.
