Appointment Coordination : Work closely with our Solar and Pool Consultants to schedule appointments. Customer Engagement : Identify customer needs and effectively showcase our green energy and home pool solutions.
Sales Performance : Consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Market Knowledge : Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Team Collaboration : Contribute to the development of innovative sales strategies and participate in team meetings and activities.
Reporting : Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts. Technology : Utilize digital sales tools to enhance your productivity.
Professionalism : Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Qualifications : Experience in energy sales, solar sales, home improvement sales, pool, or related fields is a plus (but not required).
Strong background in canvassing or outside sales is preferred (but not required). Bilingual skills (English / Spanish) are advantageous.
