Responsibilities :
- Proposes tailored goals and objectives based on each student's unique abilities, needs, and interests.
- Creates and executes schedules and lesson plans aimed at enhancing student learning.
- Conducts and evaluates both formal and informal student assessments, managing and analyzing progress data.
- Contributes to the instructional team, ensuring services are personalized, of high quality, and aligned with best practices.
- Engages with students in a respectful and supportive way while delivering suitable educational services.
- Offers guidance and oversight to designated education assistants and instructional aides.
Qualifications :
- Active AZ Special Education Licensure
- Active IVP Fingerprint Card
- Bachelors Degree or Higher
