MINIMUM ONE YEAR POST-CLINICAL OT EXPERIENCE

Certified Hand Therapist or hands experience is a plus but not a requirement

POSITION PURPOSE : The Occupational Therapist is responsible for patient evaluation, development and follow through of treatment plans to support the mission of Salem Health.

Required : EMR : -Electronic EMR, Epic preferred

Education : -BS, MS, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, or certification by NBCOT required.

Licenses / Certification / Registration : - Graduate of a program approved by the Committee on Accreditation in Education of the American Occupational Therapy Association and holds a valid license to practice in the state of Oregon or is license eligible.
