About Siegelman Stable

Siegelman Stable fuses harness-racing heritage with contemporary fashion- a family-born brand adopted by culture. From celebrity placements to high-impact pop-ups and headline collaborations, we’re scaling fast. Now we’re hiring a hands-on operator to architect the systems that keep that momentum on-time, on-budget, and scalable - across production, inventory, partnerships, and retail.

You’ll work directly with our CEO and fractional COO to turn creative wins into repeatable, high-margin outcomes that power the next phase of our growth.

What You’ll Do

Build the backbone. You’ll design and run the operating system of a fast, creative brand.

  • Operations & Project Management : Implement PM tools, build dashboards, and drive accountability. Translate creative ideas and partnerships into timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Production, Inventory & Fulfillment : Manage critical paths from development to delivery. Track lead times, monitor QC, and ensure inventory and shipping stay smooth.
  • Campaigns, Activations & Partnerships : Keep all partner and campaign deliverables organized, on time, and on budget - aligning creative, e-com, and retail teams.
  • Pop-Ups & Retail : Scout and manage pop-up locations, oversee budgets and vendor schedules, and create SOPs for store ops and daily rhythms.
  • Vendors & Finance : Own vendor relationships, POs, SOWs, and payment cadence. Negotiate make-goods when things slip - protect both the relationship and the P&L.
  • Policy & Process : Build lightweight SOPs for receiving, returns, damage, comps, and samples. Track contract terms and flag when legal support is needed.

What You Bring

  • 5–8+ years in operations / project management - ideally in fashion, consumer, or retail
  • Full-lifecycle ownership across production, inventory, and vendor management
  • Deep familiarity with Shopify (Admin + POS) and Google Workspace
  • Experience with PM tools (Monday.com, Notion, Airtable, etc.)
  • Budgeting, PO tracking, and vendor negotiation comfort
  • NYC retail build-out or pop-up experience is a plus
  • Bias to action, low ego, thrives in fast-paced environments (some nights / weekends around drops)
  • Tools You Know (or Can Master Fast)

  • Core : Google Workspace, Sheets (advanced formulas), Monday.com
  • E-Com : Shopify Admin & POS, ShipHero, Avalara
  • Finance : QuickBooks, Bill.com, DocuSign
  • Retail : Shopify POS, Square, Lightspeed
  • Marketing : Klaviyo, Airtable / Notion tracking, Google Drive asset management
  • Why You’ll Love It

  • Direct access to leadership - your systems become the company’s backbone
  • A brand with real cultural traction and iconic collaborations
  • Purpose-driven work supporting equine therapy initiatives
  • Competitive salary with performance-based bonus
