Salary : $17-23 per hour

Core Responsibilities :

  • Achieve referral and other goals as identified by the Vice-President, Business.
  • Conduct administrative tasks for providers, which may include, but are not limited to : conducting Rate Analyses preparing contracts and addendums, completing provider webinars and refreshers, troubleshooting provider issues, making follow-up calls to providers, gathering provider documentation, coordinating new provider onboarding and other provider-related duties as assigned.
  • Manage accounts in assigned territory..
  • Participate in B2B meetings as scheduled.
  • Participate in 1 : 1 meetings with Vice-President, Services as scheduled.
  • Manage Provider House Account providers within assigned territory to address potential issues and to re-engage providers to achieve referral growth goals.
  • Assure that updated insurance documentation is on file for all assigned providers with priority to those with active clients.
  • Engage new providers within assigned territory for potential partnership.
  • Attend virtual and in-office training and meetings as scheduled by Management
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Skills, & Knowledge :

  • BA / BS degree in business, marketing, or related field desired
  • Experience in the sales, marketing and customer service in the healthcare industry desired
  • Ability to travel if needed
  • Demonstrated experience in
  • Working with large, corporate accounts with multiple locations
  • Developing, negotiating, and executing customized business agreements
  • Development of customized product / service offerings unique to relationship
  • Working in a sales system (e.g., Sandler, SPIN Selling, etc.)
  • Working face-to-face, by phone, and highly adept in using virtual platforms
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Public speaking : demonstrated ability to speak in front of large groups in person or virtually
  • Proficient with automation tools including CRM (Salesforce) and Google Workspace (or similar programs)
