JobDescription
In this role, youwill have a unique opportunity to significantly impact theorganization s growth and success. You will need to be a provensales and Go-To-Market (GTM) winner who excels at collaborating,building relationships, and demonstrating intellectual curiosity tofoster trust with customers and internal stakeholders.
You willleverage your GTM expertise, deep knowledge of managed cloudservices & market domain knowledge, and sales excellence todrive results.
You are expected to deliver orexceed your sales targets in both new business and service renewalsfor managed cloud services.
You will define your strategies andlead regional execution while aligning with global business unitstrategies and tactics, particularly with Cloud Providerpartnerships, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure,Google Cloud Platform (GCP), andMongoDB.
YourImpact
Sales : You will be responsible for achieving the managed cloud servicesand cloud resell sales quotas each month, quarter, and year.
Youwill also engage with customers to identify and progressopportunities while providing your expertise on theproduct.
Strategy : You will develop and execute growth strategies with a businessowner mindset in partnership with product, global sales, andbusiness unit executives to establish Bosch as a leader in managedcloud services.
In addition, you will analyze the business toproactively discover opportunities and shape product offerings andpricing for go-to-market success.
With the use of market insightsto provide product feedback and inform the business unitroadmap.
Portfolio Management : You will actively represent the portfolio incustomer and partner-facing events, as well as executive briefings.
You will focus on growth objectives, enablement needs, demandgeneration, sales incubation strategies, and other key salesactivities within theportfolio.
- Collaboration : You will partner with global cross-functional teams to drive growthprioritization and provide industry expertise for long-term andannualplanning.
- Communication : You will be responsible for creating and articulating compellingvalue propositions. It is important you are personable, excellentin building customer trust, and have experience in Corporate-levelrelationshipmanagement.
- EntrepreneurMindset : You are a self-starter with a collaborative"win as a team" approach. You will keep up-to-date knowledge ofbusiness unit product area technologies by providing voice of thecustomer as well as the competitive position of thecompany.
- Presentation Skills : You will pitch enterpriseproducts to prospective B2B customers based on the understanding ofcustomers overall cloud infrastructure and businesspriorities.
- Reporting : You will be responsible for presenting regular / accurate forecastingfor review. You will also track and report on all opportunities,pipeline, and customer acquisitions to provide forecast reports toregion and product area management.
Lastly, you will contribute tothe larger business unit strategy by providing regional specificintelligence andreporting.
Qualifications
RequiredQualifications :
- 7+years' experience exceeding Sales Quotas as a Major / StrategicAccount Sales Manager
- Demonstrated planning,strategy, qualification and execution in cloudsales
- Understanding of Public Cloud servicesspace in the US required
- Experience with targetaccount selling, solution selling, and consultative salestechniques
- Excellent communication skills withthe ability to influence at all levels, along with experiencepresenting to large internal and external audiences, includingcustomer and partner events and uppermanagement
- Strong understanding of customerbuying preferences, market dynamics, and key drivers to crafteffective sales GTM strategies
- Proficient inforecasting, financial metrics, ROI assessment, and market insightsanalysis
- Working within the enterprise softwaredevelopment industry or cloud transformation programs as well ashaving prior technical experience in cloud, technology, and / orsoftwaredevelopment
PreferredQualifications :
- ABachelor's Degree (or higher) in Business or Engineering orequivalent experience is preferred
- Provenenterprise software sales experience in a large matrixed salesorganization, with specialist sales experiencepreferred
- Building collaborative partnershipswith companies and selling services on AWS, Azure, andGCP

Abilityto travel (including internationally) up to33%
