Machine Setup :
Set up CNC Swiss machines, including loading programs, selecting tooling, and adjusting machine parameters to meet production requirements.
Programming :
Program CNC Swiss machines using CAM software, interpreting engineering drawings, and ensuring accuracy in machining processes.
Tool Selection :
- Choose appropriate cutting tools, inserts, and toolholders for CNC Swiss machining operations.
- Conduct tool changes and adjustments as needed during production.
Material Loading :
Load raw materials into CNC Swiss machines, ensuring proper alignment and securing materials for machining.
Quality Control :
- Monitor machining processes to ensure parts meet quality standards and specifications.
- Perform in-process inspections and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality.
Troubleshooting :
Identify and troubleshoot issues related to CNC Swiss machining, such as tool wear, chip evacuation, and machine malfunctions.
Machine Maintenance :
- Conduct routine maintenance on CNC Swiss machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and inspection of components.
- Report any mechanical issues or equipment malfunctions to maintenance personnel.

Mix paints per manufactures specs
Preparation of parts prior to painting including masking, sanding, and cleaning
Complete workflow documentation thoroughly and properly as required
Inspection : Knowledge of the expected response and appearance of the material being painted
Clean and repair paint equipment
Touch-up parts as needed
Wear proper safety equipment (PPE) and follow safety procedures at all times
Keep work area clean
Some overtime may be required
Ability to regularly and frequently lift 50 pounds
Will be exposed to constant activity that requires intermittent standing, bending, crouching, twisting, pushing, pulling, lifting, moving, carrying light and heavy loads, and climbing stairs and ladders.
Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate small power tools and other equipment
