In this role, you'll :
- Ensure compliance with all nursing requirements and regulations.
- Oversee the healthcare needs of residents are met in accordance with nursing standards.
- Assist with developing and maintaining systems to keep programs fully compliant.
- Coordinate weekly clinic appointments for residents.
- Provide healthcare education and training for staff and residents.
- Consult with nursing staff on resident health and care.
- Direct and oversee nursing staff regarding health records.
- Fill in for Director of Health Services as needed for staff supervision and program oversight.
- Review doctor visit notes, schedule follow-ups, and order medications / testing
- Oversee resident care plan implementation.
- Help supervise nursing staff with Director of Health Services
To be successful, you'll need :
- Nursing degree from an accredited program
- Active MD RN license
- Background in senior living, assisted living, or memory care
- At least 5 years nursing supervision experience
- Valid driver's license
- Commitment to confidentiality, diversity, and strengths-based care
- Strong communication and organizational skills
