Front Desk Receptionist
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our office staff with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming mail and locate appropriate files for correspondence.
- Compose and type routine correspondence.
- Organize and maintain the file system, filing correspondence and records.
- Answer and screen telephone calls, arranging conference calls as needed.
- Coordinate schedules and make appointments.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate area or person.
- Arrange and coordinate travel schedules and reservations.
- Conduct research and compile statistical reports.
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, reserve and prepare facilities, and record and transcribe minutes.
- Make copies of correspondence or other printed materials.
- Prepare outgoing mail and correspondence, including emails and faxes.
- Order and maintain supplies, arranging for equipment maintenance.
Essential Skills
High School Diploma.1 year of experience in receptionist or administrative duties.Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.Working knowledge of basic accounting.Mid to strong Excel skills.Ability to provide a consistent and friendly presence, establishing and maintaining relationships with employees, vendors, and co-workers.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in customer service and front desk roles.Skills in data entry and inventory stock management.Familiarity with SharePoint and calendar management.Work Environment
This role is based onsite with a start time of 6 : 15 AM, concluding at 12 : 00 PM. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00 / hr.
