The Rodizio Grill, a Churrascaria, located in Bricktown - Oklahoma City

We are interviewing for the position of Kitchen Manager to supervise daily operations in our Heart of the House.

Salary position pay based on experience and requirements, starting at or around $50,000 plus monthly bonus.

Requirements include :

  • Bi-lingual (Spanish and English speaking)
  • Full-time availability
  • 3 yr experience as a Kitchen Manager or Lead
  • Reliable transportation
  • Hands-on experience with planning menus and ordering ingredients
  • Knowledge of a wide range of recipes
  • Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Conflict management abilities
  • Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to bend, stoop and regularly lift (30lb - 50lb)

Responsibilities include :

  • Hands on approach to food and beverage excellence
  • Coach and Lead associates with effective communication
  • Knowledge of recipes and all food / beverage specifications
  • Effectively communicate any learning pertaining to recipes and operational updates
  • Supervise food prep and cooking
  • Ensure proper execution of food presentation and temperature
  • Scheduling to target labor percentage
  • Inventory and reconciliation
  • Proper ordering of food supplies and kitchen equipment, as needed
  • Store and rotate food products in compliance with safety practices
  • Keep weekly and monthly cost reports
  • Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area
