Executive Chef Creative Bistro Boston, MA Salary Commensurate with Experience

Set your culinary creativity free in our renowned bistro located in the heart of bustling Boston. Our exquisite space features stunning garden views, providing a breathtaking backdrop to the culinary masterpieces we serve.

Our lunch service, active Wednesday through Monday, specializes in new American cuisine with a daily menu featuring 8-10 beautifully crafted dishes.

Beyond lunch, our bistro offers opportunities for catering and event experiences, allowing our team to flex their skills across a diverse range of settings.

Our team is proud to serve local, seasonal, and organic ingredients, complemented by an exclusive selection of beer, wine, soft drinks, and desserts.

We are looking for an Executive Chef to complement our high-performing team.

Job Qualifications :

Strong leadership skills with experience overseeing a high-volume kitchen
Ability to work hands-on during high volume times
Flexibility to work on weekends
Experience in catering, event or banquet settings is desirable
Culinary degree is a plus
A passion for innovative food and dish creation
Familiarity working with kitchen systems

Job Responsibilities :

Overseeing daily operations of the Boston bistro kitchen
Curating and executing a daily-changing menu of 8-10 items
Ensuring quality control and compliance with all health and safety regulations
Training and leading kitchen staff
Collaborating with the wider team for catering and event services
