- Number of Beds - 35
- Number of Staff - 11. Day Shift - 1 charge / CNC, 6 RNs, 3 PCTs, and 1 unit clerk. Night Shift - 1 Charge / CNC, 6 RNs, 3 PCTs
- Patient Ratios - 1 : 5, 1 : 6
- Type of equipment - Computer on Wheels / Hospira pumps / I MOBILE phones
- EMR - MEDITECH
- Typical procedures performed on units : Bariatric procedures (Gastric bypass, Gastric Sleeves), Orthopedic Surgeries (Total hip replacements, Total knee replacements), General Surgery (Laparoscopic cholecystectomy, Laparoscopic appendectomies)
Job Requirements
- Must have : Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Preferred or nice to have : Bariatric Certification, Med / Surg Certification, Ortho Certification, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Schedule Information
4 weekend shifts in a schedule or 2 full weekends. Night shift weekend night Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Day Shift weekend days- Saturday, Sunday

- Floating Guidelines : Expected to work and float to other areas such as Med / Renal, Oncology, Med / Surg Tele, CVTS, and Telemetry
