Key Responsibilities
Build and structure the Help Center, including information architecture and content organization
Author and maintain clear product documentation, how-to guides, and FAQs
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to gather technical details and improve documentation
Required Qualifications
Experience as a technical writer or documentation specialist
Familiarity with web-based SaaS products and their documentation needs
Background in the mortgage or financial technology industry
Proficiency in modern documentation systems (e.g., Notion, Zendesk Guide)
Self-directed and detail-oriented with a passion for building content systems
