Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls from policyholders, providing prompt and professional assistance.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring excellent service and resolution.
Assist clients with policy-related questions, coverage updates, and claim inquiries.
Update customer information accurately in our database and ensure confidentiality.
Collaborate with team members to effectively resolve customer issues and provide support.
Requirements
A valid Ohio Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
Prior experience in a customer service role or insurance industry is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
A positive and inviting attitude with a passion for helping others.
