An enterprise business software development company that is focused on customer relationship management (CRM) solutions is seeking an Office Administrator to join their team.

The Office Administrator position is required to work at least 4 days per week from their office in Arlington, VA, including every Friday to facilitate catered weekly lunch and learns.

They offer free uber to and from the metro from their office. This is a great role for a recent college graduate with internship experience or someone recently out of school.

Status : Temp-to-Hire

Salary : $60K upon conversion to permanent

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • General office and reception area management, including handling and distribution of mail and deliveries, greeting visitors, and workplace / equipment maintenance.
  • Basic accounting duties, including expenses, collections, monthly reports, etc.
  • Manage the budget and coordination of the purchase of office supplies, furniture, equipment, etc., for the entire staff.
  • Responsible for keeping snacks and drinks stocked around the office.
  • Coordination of weekly staff lunches, client meetings, and our monthly all-staff days.
  • Assist with the coordination of company events and volunteering efforts.
  • Gather and collate information from internal systems to generate reports.
  • Assist with hiring efforts, such as reviewing resumes, tracking hiring data and metrics, coordinating interview schedules, processing reference checks, etc.
  • Ensure a positive experience with clients and guests visiting office.
  • Assist other staff and departments in an administrative capacity, as needed.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3 years’ experience as an administrative professional
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel (experience with additional Microsoft Office products preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills on the job
  • Fluency in English (written and oral)
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
