Registered Nurse- RN Home Health
Woodlands Home Health is looking for an RN to join our growing nursing team. This is a traveling position Home Health services multiple counties in Northern Wiscosin.
Each nurse has a primary area of service and assists with vacation coverage and weekend roation coverage.
Some Duties and Responsibilities :
- Provides nursing care to patients as assigned( IV, Cath, Wound vac and more).
- Reinforce supports and provides health care instructions to patients and their families.
- Performs Start of Care visits, Resumption of Care Visits and Dischargevisits.
- Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms and general condition to the appropriate individual(s)..
Experience :
- RN : 1 year (Preferred)
- Home Health experience Preferred but not required
License :
RN (Required)

This position is Full-Time or Part-Time with a rotation of weekend call with the other nurses.
