This internship gives students an opportunity to provide direct and indirect clinical services to residents of Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS). Due to our facility providing client care 24/7, we offer flexible hours. The student will work with the treatment team to complete Diagnostic Assessments, assist with various unit projects, facilitate treatment and psycho-educational groups and carry a caseload of at least 1-2 clients. Client caseload responsibilities include:
Intensive Residential Treatment Services
Coordinating with client’s case manager / treatment team and making referrals for any recommended services.
Assist and advocate for client needs as appropriate.
Provide 1 : 1 counseling sessions with assigned clients a minimum of one time per week.
Complete assessments at intake, 30 day, 60 day and discharge.
Facilitate treatment planning and discharge coordination.
Complete Surveys and Earn Up to $25 per
