Tareas

  • Atender a los clientes de manera amable y profesional.
  • Tomar y gestionar los pedidos de alimentos y bebidas.
  • Servir platos y bebidas con precisión y atención al detalle.
  • Mantener limpias y ordenadas las mesas y el área de trabajo.
  • Asistir en la preparación y montaje del restaurante antes del servicio.
  • Ofrecer recomendaciones y asesoramiento sobre el menú y las opciones de bebidas.
  • Gestionar los pagos y cobrar a los clientes de manera precisa.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de cocina para asegurar la correcta entrega de los pedidos.
  • Cumplir con los estándares de salud e higiene en todo momento.
  • Brindar un servicio excepcional al cliente y resolver cualquier problema o inquietud de manera efectiva.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia previa en el sector de la hostelería, preferiblemente como camarero / a.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
  • Orientación al cliente y capacidad para ofrecer un servicio excepcional.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera eficiente en un entorno dinámico y bajo presión.
  • Flexibilidad para trabajar en horarios rotativos, incluyendo fines de semana y festivos.

    • Permiso de trabajo válido en España, en caso de ser extranjero / a.

    Experiencia :

  • Se valora positivamente haber trabajado previamente como camarero / a en un restaurante o establecimiento similar.
  • Experiencia en atención al cliente y servicio de alimentos y bebidas es altamente deseable.
  • Se valorará la capacidad para manejar situaciones difíciles y resolver problemas de manera efectiva.

    • Permiso de trabajo :

  • Es necesario tener un permiso de trabajo válido en España para poder ser contratado / a en Más de Roses.
  • Se requerirá evidencia de la autorización para trabajar en el país durante el proceso de selección.

    • Francés intermedio :

  • Se valora un nivel intermedio de francés para poder comunicarse con clientes francófonos.
  • La capacidad para comunicarse en francés puede ser una ventaja adicional para brindar un servicio más personalizado y satisfactorio a los clientes.
