Trainer 1- TS / SCI with Poly-(CIS0002DR)

In this role you will support challenging, mission-critical projects that make a direct impact on the nation’s security and intelligence mission.
Required Skills :
- Designs, develops, and revises complex interactive, virtual learning and / or instructor-led courses of a technical nature.
- Current certification through National Cryptologic University (NCU).
- Five (5) years training experience with digital signals processing.
- Experience with curriculum development and maintenance.
- Experience with administering virtual training.
- Ability to travel.
- SIGINT and C++ experience.

Clearance Required :
TS / SCI with Polygraph
Minimum Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Education, Liberal Arts, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
A Master’s degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience thereby reducing the total years of experience to three (3).
Minimum Years of Experience :
Five (5) years of experience planning and managing training development for large programs; performing Instructional Design;
developing formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars; and developing online web-based training, distance learning presentations, training plans, courses, and materials of a technical nature.
Three (3) years of SIGINT related experience within the Intelligence Community.
