Sinch is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join the Mailgun product-led growth team and help drive the customer marketing strategy across the Mailgun brand. Our ideal candidate is a creative marketing professional, with prior experience developing cross-functional strategies to drive customer conversion, engagement and retention in developer-oriented environments.

What You'll Do :

• Establish a deep understanding of the customer journey across different segments.
• Develop targeted campaigns across multiple communication channels, with primary ownership of in-app messaging.
• Build out customer focused campaigns, tutorials, resources and engagements to guide the customer experience with our product offerings via in-app messaging.
• Design campaigns to drive conversion, usage and retention across the customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with our product, marketing, customer success and support teams on shared goals to drive product adoption, cross-sell / upsell, and customer retention.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and reporting for your programs to drive success against team and individual goals.

Benefits

The annual starting salary for this position is between $75,000 - $90,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This role will be accepting applications until October 8th, 2025 at a minimum. Please note that the application timeline may be flexible to accommodate a comprehensive candidate evaluation.
