Job Summary :
The Field Sales Manager will spearhead the Door-to-Door sales efforts, crafting aggressive sales strategies and leading a team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Leadership :
- Develop, implement, and refine effective door-to-door sales strategies to aggressively grow sales figures.
- Lead from the front, demonstrating hands-on sales tactics and providing on-field coaching to sales representatives.
- Analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies to maximize opportunities and revenue growth.
- Team Building and Management :
- Recruit, train, and motivate a team of dedicated sales professionals.
- Set clear performance standards and hold the team accountable to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide continuous feedback and development support to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.
- Customer Relationship Management :
- Ensure the sales team provides exceptional customer service and support, building strong relationships and encouraging repeat business.
- Resolve customer concerns rapidly, maintaining trust and customer satisfaction.
- Performance Reporting :
- Regularly track and report on team performance against sales goals.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage sales data and derive actionable insights to drive sales effectiveness.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- At least three years of direct sales experience, with a proven record in leadership roles.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a field sales environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Flexibility to work in varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel as needed.
