We are delighted to be assisting a key strategic partner with the recruitment of a Senior Vice President of Digital for a leading Health Tech company based in Chicago.
Our client is dedicated to transforming healthcare through innovative digital solutions and is seeking a dynamic digital leader to spearhead their digital strategy and drive growth.
Role Summary : As the SVP of Digital, you will be responsible for defining and executing the digital vision and strategy that enhances the company’s position in the health tech sector.
Your leadership will be crucial in leveraging technology to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
Key Roles :
- Digital Strategy Development : Create and implement a forward-thinking digital strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives and addresses market needs.
- Team Leadership : Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing digital team, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving strategic goals.
- Market Insight : Monitor industry trends and advancements in health tech to inform product development and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Digital Transformation : Drive digital transformation initiatives, ensuring the effective integration of new technologies into the company's operations and offerings.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and technology partners, to enhance collaboration and alignment.
- Performance Evaluation : Analyse digital performance metrics and customer feedback to refine strategies and improve overall digital engagement and effectiveness.
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $260,000.00 per year
