Our Client is hiring for a Regional Support Technician.
You'll play a vital role in maintaining and supporting robotic systems across the Chicago region. This position involves extensive travel, providing technical expertise, and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :
- Perform preventive and emergency repairs on robotic systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Serve as a technical support resource for fellow team members, offering guidance and assistance.
- Conduct comprehensive technical training sessions to enhance the skill set of colleagues.
- Prioritize safety in all tasks, adhering to protocols both on-site and internally.
- Manage equipment maintenance and spare parts inventory efficiently.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to streamline service support activities.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among team members.
Qualifications :
- Associate's Degree (AA) and a minimum of six years of relevant experience and / or training.
- Willingness to travel extensively with a valid driver's license and comprehensive automobile insurance.
- Proficient in mechanical, electrical, and robotic troubleshooting and repair.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on maintaining positive client relationships.
- Experienced in providing phone support and troubleshooting repairs.
- Ability to handle service trip reports and organize spare part orders effectively.
- Demonstrated capability in resolving safety and service-related issues.
- Previous experience in a similar field service position.
- Must reside in the Chicago region or nearby.
