Salary : $110,000 - $135,000, based on experience
Additional Compensation : $5,000 upon credentialing completion

Position Highlights :
- No prior urology and urogynecology experience is needed!
- Supportive team environment with on-the-job training.
Key Responsibilities for the Physician Assistant (PA-C) :
- Perform comprehensive evaluations for patients of all ages.
- Order and interpret lab tests, x-rays, and special studies.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with urologists.
- Conduct follow-up care and therapeutic interventions.
- Handle patient consultations, referrals, and on-call duties.
Office Responsibilities :
- See new and follow-up patients, providing problem-oriented interventions.
- Assist and perform in-office procedures like cystoscopies, TRUS volume studies, and more.
- Provide phone / video consultations and manage prescription refills.
- Screen and counsel patients on health maintenance and community resource utilization.
Requirements for the Physician Assistant (PA-C) :
- Master of Science in Nursing or equivalent PA program degree.
- Valid state medical license and DEA / DPS license.
- Urology experience is a plus but not required.
