WHAT YOU’LL DO : Perform property inspections and various related property management and administrative functions. Serve as the initial point of contact for tenants during pre-final and move-out inspections, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Interact directly with potential tenants, resident tenants, vendors, and military personnel, maintaining a pleasant and professional demeanor.
Conduct business in a manner that attracts and retains residents, providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships.
Strive to continually increase your working knowledge of the property and its management. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall operations and success of the property management team.
REQUIREMENTS : Strong people skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse social and economic backgrounds.
A pleasant demeanor and professional attitude, especially when interacting with tenants and other stakeholders. Commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
Ability to handle a variety of tasks, including inspections, property management, and administrative responsibilities. A desire to learn and grow within the property management field.
