The Retail Finance Marketing Coordinator will focus on implementing key marketing initiatives and tactics in order to achieve the groups primary goals and objectives.

This position will develop and implement a variety of marketing initiatives to enhance and support the brands strategic positioning in the marketplace with the end user and the dealer network.

He / she will develop advertising campaigns, maintain promotional and marketing materials, maintain databases, track and monitor sales data and prepare / analyze ad hoc reporting.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to : Create and execute marketing activities for the Retail Finance Dept. Implement marketing and advertising campaigns and assets by assembling / analyzing sales forecasts, preparing marketing strategies / advertising plans and promotion of the brand internally / externally to increase sales.

• Conceptualize, develop and implement communications of initiatives to keep dealers and Yamaha personnel informed about marketing efforts.
• Create, update, and maintain routine specific dealer / customer communications and materials.* Set up retail finance promotions;

coordinate with product groups, sales teams and business partners. Review advertising materials, incentive programs, instruction manuals and promotional materials.

Coordinate compliance approval and maintain records.* Highly collaborative while providing support in marketing initiatives across all teams (CRM, Digital, Design, and Events).

• Analyzes market data, competitive activity, demographic & lifestyle trends to identify market opportunities that align with the strategic objectives of the business.
• Resolve dealer issues involving the retail finance program. Manage resolution with product groups, sales partners and internal departments.
• Work with business partners to evaluate data analytics and incorporate insights into direct marketing campaigns.* Lead or participate as a subject matter expert in special projects.

Attend appropriate industry trade / consumer events in support of marketing efforts.* Perform other duties as assigned Knowledge and Experience Requirements : BA / BS degree in Business Administration or Sales strongly preferred* Minimum 3-5 years marketing experience and event coordination required* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both oral & written* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite* Some travel required, approximately 10% Reports to : Marketing Events Supervisor Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
