Pelican Pointe Post Acute Nursing & Rehabilitation -
We are looking to invite reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants , CNA to join our team of dedicated health care profressionals.
The ideal candidate would be a CNA that is looking to provide outstanding patient care and physical support for patients and residents on a daily basis.
To do well in this role you should have your Certified Nurisng Assistant certification in New Jersey.
Responsibilities :
- Record a patient’s medical history accurately
- Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.
- Observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications etc.
- Monitor patients’ condition including fluid intake and output and compose patient charts
- Assist ailing patients in daily necessary activities such as eating, bathing etc.
- Collect samples for lab testing as assigned
- Provide emotional and psychological support when needed
- Communicate compassionately and professionally with residents, families, and staff.
Qualifications :
- CNA CERTIFICATION IN THE STATE OF New Jersey!
- Successful completion of LPN license program is a must!
- Long-Term / Skilled Nursing Facility Experience-Preferred but not required
- Familiarity with PCC
- Compassionate and able to handle stress
- Team Player!
