Business Systems Analyst 

Position : Power BI Business Systems Analyst

Location : Oakland, CA (Hybrid) - Candidates MUST be local with the ability to go on-site as needed

Experience :

• Experience with Power BI and Power Apps.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in workflow documentation and IT applications support.
• Experience with business process modeling and workflow diagramming tools.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Conde Group is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description :

• Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze and prioritize requirements based on business goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate workflow documentation.
• Document current and future state workflows, processes, and procedures.
• Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for improvement or automation.
• Propose and implement solutions to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Project and IT teams to prioritize enhancements and changes based on business needs.
• Serve as a liaison between business units and IT teams or delivery teams.
• Assist in the implementation and testing of IT applications and systems.
• Provide user support and training on IT applications.
• Troubleshoot issues related to applications and escalate as necessary.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of process improvements.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on data analysis.
• Conduct analysis to identify inefficiencies in business processes.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and foster collaboration.
• Create functional specifications and user stories for IT development teams.
• Ensure documentation complies with organizational standards and best practices.
• Maintain documentation repositories and version control for workflows.

Position Requirements :

• Technical skills with the ability to refactor intake tools while helping with software testing, tool selection and implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of IT applications and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices is a plus.
