Experience :
- Experience with Power BI and Power Apps.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in workflow documentation and IT applications support.
- Experience with business process modeling and workflow diagramming tools.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Job Description :
- Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze and prioritize requirements based on business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate workflow documentation.
- Document current and future state workflows, processes, and procedures.
- Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for improvement or automation.
- Propose and implement solutions to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with Project and IT teams to prioritize enhancements and changes based on business needs.
- Serve as a liaison between business units and IT teams or delivery teams.
- Assist in the implementation and testing of IT applications and systems.
- Provide user support and training on IT applications.
- Troubleshoot issues related to applications and escalate as necessary.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of process improvements.
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on data analysis.
- Conduct analysis to identify inefficiencies in business processes.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and foster collaboration.
- Create functional specifications and user stories for IT development teams.
- Ensure documentation complies with organizational standards and best practices.
- Maintain documentation repositories and version control for workflows.
Position Requirements :
- Technical skills with the ability to refactor intake tools while helping with software testing, tool selection and implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of IT applications and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices is a plus.
