Hybrid, In Office 2 x week

12-month Contract

Responsibilities

  • Lead site development projects , including master planning and site selection.
  • Design and coordinate underground utility routing and overall site space planning.
  • Conduct hydrology analyses to design and optimize storm drain systems.
  • Analyze and design gravitational wastewater systems in compliance with local standards.
  • Prepare and review final grading plans , including cut and fill analysis and earthwork balancing
  • Develop and implement erosion and sediment control plans and stormwater pollution prevention plans ; support the permit approval process
  • Research and ensure adherence to local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements for all design and construction activities.
  • Perform stormwater analysis and modeling using tools such as StormCAD and CivilStorm

Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of civil engineering experience.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required
  • Data center experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Advanced Civil 3D proficiency is essential.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Omaha, NE, at least 2 days per week
