YOUR LIFE AS A SALES EXECUTIVE - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE
This full-time business development position typically works 8 AM to 5 PM with the flexibility to work from home . This position includes 5-10% travel to trade shows and client businesses, with 1 week of onsite training per year.
As a Sales Executive - Business Development Associate, you oversee and execute all aspects of the sales cycle. This includes generating leads, qualifying prospects, identifying their needs, closing the sale, and ensuring the transition from the proposal process through successful onboarding and integration.
You aggressively seek out new opportunities to identify and qualify leads. Once a lead has been found, you schedule an initial appointment to present our services to clients in person.
After a sale is closed and the client has been transitioned to onboarding, you conduct follow-up to ensure clients are satisfied with their experience with our company.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- 2+ years of proven sales experience
- HCM sales experience
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent customer service and presentation skills
- Strong business acumen
Internet marketing experience is preferred, but multiple factors will be taken into consideration.
