A company is looking for an Experimentation Advisor - FME.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted experimentation advisor, guiding customers through onboarding and adoption of experimentation practices

Deliver tailored training, workshops, and enablement programs to drive customer engagement and confidence in running experiments

Track and report on customer experimentation performance to ensure measurable progress and success

Required Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience in driving experiments and building programs for scale

Proficiency with experimentation platforms and feature management tools

Experience in training and enablement, including designing and delivering workshops

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate experimentation data into actionable insights

Experience in cross-functional collaboration with various teams to achieve shared goals
