Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Process Improvement Technician to join our production team. This position plays a key role in monitoring, analyzing, and improving manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality output and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Gain familiarity with the processes and characteristics of in-production products.
- Support defect root cause analysis through Online, Failure Analysis Engineering, and FATP feedback.
- Assist production teams in determining SMT appearance defects.
- Monitor SFC test yield, identify issues, and explain non-compliance causes.
- Conduct on-line VI defect scanning across process stages (VIM2, Test input1, VIM4).
- Verify Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Control Plan documents, compiling and reporting problem points.
- Perform SMT First Article Inspection (FAI) confirmation.
- Production line operators training.
- Conduct solder paste stencil incoming inspections and enter IQC data.
- Prepare mass production internal yield reports.
