Job Description & Requirements

SUMMARY OF POSITION :

Take x-rays and CAT scans or administer nonradioactive materials into the patient's bloodstream for diagnostic or research purposes.

Includes radiologic technologists and technicians who specialize in other scanning modalities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S) :

Must be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or Society of Nuclear Medicine Technologists (SNMT) and registered or registry eligible in CT.
