Overview

Litigation Paralegal position specializing in plaintiff personal injury law in Denver / Englewood, CO. Hybrid schedule available for experienced candidates (2 days remote, 3 days onsite).

Salary : $85,000 - $100,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Proficiency in applying the rules of civil procedure in both state and federal courts.
  • Reviewing and analyzing business, financial, medical, and other case-related documents and records.
  • Strong writing and research skills; drafting pleadings, discovery, and routine correspondence.
  • Communicate effectively with a wide variety of people; work with limited supervision.
  • Manage electronic and paper filing systems; prepare for and attend arbitration, mediation, and trial.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of civil litigation experience in personal injury or related practice area.
