Job Description :
The Practice : Denver Family Medicine / Colorado Physician Partners seeks 1 APP to join our well-established clinic with 4 Physicians and 3 APPs.

The Position :
- 1.0 FTE opportunity 36 patient-facing hours / week
- 10-18 patients per day
- Shared call schedule
- EHR - Allscripts
Qualifications :
- Master of Science degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- ANCC or AANP Certification
- Provider must meet employer credentialing standards
