At CESO, as a Project Engineer you will complete traffic analysis, signal designs and transportation design projects. Working with your Project Manager and other team members, you’ll develop expertise in transportation design, traffic studies and signal designs.

We establish long-term, meaningful relationships with clients focused on building multi-unit national footprints and integrate with their teams to help them design, manage and develop their brand.

You will have primary responsibilities to include :

  • Perform engineering design for traffic analysis, traffic signal sequencing, phasing and timing, and traffic modeling and simulation
  • Prepare engineering plans for traffic signals, intersection geometry, pavement markings and signage, temporary traffic control and construction staging plans
  • Assist in the preparation of contract documents, including plans, technical specifications, and construction cost estimates
  • Lead technical tasks on various traffic and transportation projects
  • Collaborate with design team members
  • Maintain organized project files

Position requirements include :

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
  • Passage of the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam is preferred
  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, AutoTurn, HydroCAD, Synchro V.11.0, HCS Version 8.2, TransModeler Sidra V8.
