Simplistic Solutions provides comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for children with dyslexia, autism, ADHD, and related learning challenges. We offer Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, speech-language and occupational therapy, and operate a private educational facility to support struggling learners in a nurturing, structured setting.

Position Overview

The BCBA will serve as a clinical leader within Simplistic Solutions, supervising RBTs, conducting behavioral assessments, designing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with educators and therapists. The role supports students of all abilities in an educational setting (MonThurs, 9 AM3 PM). There is an opportunity for growth as we open an early intervention / ABA program in the fall of 2025.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized ABA therapy plans based on student needs.
  • Provide direct and indirect supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (minimum of 5% of total hours per BACB guidelines).
  • Collaborate with families, educators, therapists, and other team members to ensure consistent programming across home, school, and clinic settings.
  • Track and analyze data to guide program adjustments and ensure treatment fidelity.
  • Participate in IEP / 504 plan development and multidisciplinary meetings as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with BACB and insurance guidelines.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to RBTs, educators, and staff.
  • Option to contribute to school-wide behavior support and social-emotional learning initiatives.
  • Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Nebraska licensure (or eligibility) for practicing ABA
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical, school, or home-based ABA setting (preferred)
  • Strong skills in data collection, behavior plan development, and staff training
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Schedule and Compensation

  • Flexible scheduling available with a minimum of 5 in-person hours weekly at the Academy, with option for remote / hybrid position
  • Option to transition to full-time, including additional school-based consultation or 1 : 1 ABA sessions in our clinic
  • Competitive hourly pay , commensurate with experience, with the option to become full-time salary if desired
  • Minimal billable hour requirements, prioritizing quality of care over productivity quotas
  • Job Types : Full-time, Part-time

    Pay : From $42.00 per hour

    Expected hours : No less than 10 per week
