What You’ll Do
The Emerging Accounts & SMB team serves as the incubator for Samsung’s future while also contributing significant revenue today.
You will be a key player in identifying new opportunities, bringing up new customers, and managing and developing our existing SMB customers in close collaboration with our outside sales reps, and our technical and marketing teams.
You will get exposure to a broad spectrum of accounts, from high potential new start-ups to firmly established companies with a global footprint, and you will have DRAM, NAND, HBM and all Samsung memory products in your portfolio, giving you a broad view of the tech marketplace and what’s coming next as well as plenty of opportunity for personal growth.
Location : Hybrid, working onsite at our San Jose office a minimum of three days per week with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your time.
Limited travel with an average 1-3x international trips per year.

- Take ownership over selected accounts within the Emerging / SMB portfolio manage monthly forecasting, pricing negotiations, product support, roadmap alignment and other general account management activities.
- Collaborate with and provide guidance for Samsung Outside Sales Reps (OSR’s) to run day-to-day business and identify new opportunities and bring them through the process from new lead to active and growing account.
- Coordinate with HQ sales (Korea) and local marketing for pricing, supply, and other needs, and develop strong relationships with both the internal team and our customers.
- Work with Business Enablement and Product Planning teams convey roadmap information to customers, coordinate qualifications, and ensure that customers are receiving strong technical support.
- Create and manage short term forecasting with sales reps, provide long term forecasts, and Voice of the Customer (VOC) market data to sales and marketing management.
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
What You Bring
- Bachelors and 5+ years of experience with high tech sales, ideally in Memory and / or Storage.
