End User Support Analyst IV
Member of the X Unimatic (Client) Coverage team. Candidate will be assigned to second shift. Rotating days off, including weekends and holidays. All training is OJT.

Responsibilities : Under minimal supervision provides mainframe system information (level ) technical support and operation to the end user community.
Troubleshoots and resolves hardware, software and user problems as they arise. Manages incidents (tickets) from beginning to end.
Participates in the resolution of chronic problems and / or other technical projects as assigned.
