Tact Staff is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Colchester, Vermont.

• Travel Rate : $90 Radius : $85 : 51-100 miles Local : $80 : 50 miles or less Assignment for 20-32 weeks RN for Adult Home Health : 8H Days, 40H weeks;
• 1 weekend per month, will have time off during week to accommodate weekend schedule; BLS required; Must have 3-5 years of home health exp, preferably someone who is fluent in Oasis;
• This candidate will need to manage a caseload of 22-28 clients and will be expected to do 6-7 units per day (which will be a mixture of routine visits, admissions, recertifications and discharges);

We desperately need a candidate who has strong clinical / assessment skills and that is fluent in navigating different EMRs.

Monday to Sunday; Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday. IVS to OFFER; This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.

to be complete in order to submit. Please ensure all employment gaps over 30 days are explained. Covid and Flu declinations accepted- please have either proof or declinations in packet.

No block schedules for any reason. Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended.

Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November April.
