Our client is a multi-site provider of Home Health and Hospice care. They have a current opening for an RN Administrator for their certified Home Health branch in Jericho, NY area.

A Registered Nurse is required. Home health leadership experience is a must. Relocation candidates are welcome to apply!

RN Administrator Home Health Operations Opportunity Description

Our client is a well-established and growing Home Health and Hospice organization . They are looking to add an RN Administrator Home Health Operations to guide clinical services and operations for an established location in NYC.

The branch is located in north Jericho, NY. A Clinician (RN) is required. Strong operations, and clinical leadership experience in Medicare certified Home Health is a must.

Administrator Home Health Operations Requirements

Medicare Home Health clinical leadership experience
Expert in Medicare Home Health regulations, OASIS, and PDGM.
RN is required
Must be able see patients if needed

Administrator Home Health Operations Responsibilities

Oversite of Home Health operations in the territory.
Oversite of directly reporting staff.
Work collaboratively with senior leadership to improve performance and processes.
