Engineering Degree (Must Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical), Management Degree (Good to have)Competencies :
- 15+ years’ experience in Automotive Engineering Domain, preferably with an OEM or a Tier 1 Suppliers directly or through a service provider
- Good knowledge of all the phases of Software Development Life Cycle and understanding of product development process
- Good to have worked in Advanced Driver Assist Systems (ADAS) / Infotainment / E-Mobility Domain
- Proven experience as a Sales Director for Auto Industry
- Project management experience
- Experience working with Global Teams
- Background in Sales / Pre-Sales and customer relationship management is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Customer-oriented approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Sharp business acumen
