ROLE / JOB SUMMARY :
Assists in all areas of Human Resources Administration and Recruiting. Administers and processes tasks in recruitment, new employee orientation, employee events, etc.
according to established procedures.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
Under limited supervision performs the following duties and responsibilities :
- Coordinates recruitment efforts for open positions from beginning to end for regular employees and contractors
- Maintain Job Postings
- Maintain recruiting reports; Applicant Tracking, and Weekly Staffing Reports
- Search for candidates from different sources weekly for all open positions
- Coordinate with Staffing Agencies regarding resumes, interviews, etc. for all contract assignments
- Administer the Requisition Requests and support Managers in completing the Requisition Requests
- New Employee Orientation meetings for new hires.
- Performs other HR administrative as assigned, including employee events
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline or equivalent
Job Experience : Required :
Required :
- Minimum of five years of progressive human resources experience to include recruitment and overall HR tasks.
- Personnel and Human Resources Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, and personnel information systems.
- Clerical Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
Technical / Professional skills
Proficiency in and knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications, especially MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Administration of HR Information System
Leadership, General, and Personal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively
- Time Management skills, managing one's own time

Pay : $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
