Position : Window & Door Canvasser – Earn $50K–$75K + Bonuses!

Are you confident, outgoing, and love talking to people? Join our fast-growing Home Improvement Team as a Window & Door Canvasser and take your career (and income!) to the next level. You’ll be the first friendly face homeowners meet — educating them about the benefits of upgrading to impact windows and doors and helping them schedule FREE, no-obligation home inspections. No selling. Just great conversations that lead to real opportunities.

What You’ll Do

Walk local neighborhoods and engage homeowners in friendly conversations
Identify homes with older windows and doors that could benefit from upgrades
Educate homeowners about the safety, efficiency, and value of impact windows and doors
Schedule free inspections for interested homeowners
Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

What We’re Looking For

Outgoing and energetic personality — you love connecting with people

Excellent communication and people skills

A positive, motivated attitude and professional appearance

No experience required — we provide full training!

Prior experience in canvassing, customer service, or sales is a plus
