Instructional Designer

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to join their HR team.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with faculty and staff to design, develop, and refine interactive learning content

Build modules that incorporate various active learning techniques, including video and simulations

Ensure materials are accessible, visually appealing, and consistent with educational standards

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years of professional experience in instructional design, preferably in healthcare or academic medicine

Strong portfolio demonstrating engaging, interactive e-learning content

Proficiency with modern instructional design tools and methodologies

Experience with Docebo (or similar LMS platforms)

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in instructional design, education, or related field preferred
