Our client is a highly acquisitive organization and seeking finance expertise to help drive continued growth and play a key role in helping achieve operational goals.
This role will report directly to the Finance Director and work closely with cross-functional business partners, gaining high visibility to key stakeholders such as board members and C-suite through the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Responsibilities :
- Complete financial analyses and modeling supporting key strategic and financial decisions
- Play a critical role in preparing annual budget and monthly forecasts
- Make recommendations to internal stakeholders informed by financial analysis and ongoing monitoring of business performance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for key stakeholders
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field; master’s degree and / or professional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA) is a plus
- Detail-oriented with inherent sense of pride in work product
- Strong experience in financial modeling and analysis; well-versed in P&L
- Excellent team player and collaborator
- Solution-oriented mindset and work approach; glass half full mentality
- Advanced Excel skills; strong in PowerPoint
- Ability to multi-task, work independently, and meet demanding deadlines
