FACILITY OPERATIONS SPECIALIST GS-1640-11/11
Position Description
This position is located at NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD), Naval Base Point Loma, San Diego, CA. The division is responsible for providing oversight of six regional over-the horizon sites ( NAVBASE Coronado, NAWS China Lake, NAF El Centro, NAS Fallon, NAS Lemoore, NAVBASE Ventura County) that stores gallons of petroleum products.
The primary purpose of this position is to provide oversight of NAVSUP FLC Regional over-the horizon sites to ensure compliance with all operational and regulatory directives and planning and execution of over $100 Million Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (SRM) and Military Construction (MILCON) projects.
