Job Description
The Commercial Superintendent - $50M+ Projects - Richmond, VA will be responsible for :
- 5-10 years of experience within commercial construction
- General contracting background
- Strong base building background is required. Projects must be in excess of $50M
- Preferred project types include but are not limited to : K-12, higher education, senior living, multifamily, municipal, industrial, health care
- Demonstrated skills in : managing site activity, labor relations, anticipating and resolving project issues, establishing and enforcing site schedule requirements, managing site safety and insurance risks, and subcontractor management
- Strong tenure at current and previous employers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
