Senior Construction Project Manager
Trillium Construction is hiring for a Senior Project Manager in Fort Worth, TX!
The PM will work with a well-established general commercial contractor and help manage retail and commercial projects throughout the country.
Duties :
- Review owner and subcontractor bid packages, ensuring comprehensive understanding of project requirements
- Solicit pricing and negotiating price and scope with subcontractors, issuing subcontracts, purchase orders, and obtaining required documentation
- Develop, monitor and enforce project schedules through effective coaching, ensuring timely project completion
- Conduct regular visits to construction sites, ensuring safe work practices and compliance with contract documents
- Review, approve, and / or negotiate subcontractor pay requests, initiate owner and subcontractor change orders and submit weekly reports and updates to the client
- Prepare and submit closeout packages for final payment to suppliers and subcontractors, as well as billings to the client
- Regularly monitor job costs, reconcile work-in-progress costs, and promptly inform management of any variances from the approved budget
- Oversee all contract administration of subcontractors, including documentation of substandard work or untimely performance, up to and including termination / replacement if necessary
Compensation :

A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or any equivalent combination of education and experience.Proven experience (15+ years) in construction industry with 10 years of experience overseeing projects with values ranging between $400,000 - $4 millionProficiency in Procore is strongly desiredA thorough knowledge of the construction industry, terminology, and processes.Must understand the project plans and specifications; must be able to read and accurately interpret blueprints, construction documents, and building specifications.Excellent organizational, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer relations skills are required.Must be able to work within tight deadlinesTrillium Construction Services has been recruiting and hiring construction and skilled trades talent for over 30 years.
